Privacy at WildNutri Pro Puggle

This policy explains how WildNutri Pro Puggle handles personal information, account data, animal-care simulation data, subscriptions and support information.

Information we process

Account information: email address, authentication identifiers and account-security metadata required to create and use a Puggle account.
Animal and husbandry data: animals, colonies, names, care actions, husbandry inputs, progress, breeding records, simulation state and other information you choose to save in Puggle.
Subscription and entitlement information: plan, purchase or entitlement status, renewal or expiry context and transaction identifiers needed to provide paid access.
Support communications: information you choose to provide when contacting WildNutri Pro Puggle for support, feedback or account assistance.
Technical information: limited technical, security and diagnostic information needed to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, save and restore Puggle progress, provide simulation and husbandry features, manage subscriptions and entitlements, maintain account security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems and respond to support requests.

WildNutri Pro Puggle does not sell personal information to advertisers.

Cloud saves and authentication

Puggle may use Supabase for authentication, database storage and cloud-save functionality. When cloud saving is enabled, account-linked animal and husbandry records are stored so that progress can be restored and associated with the signed-in user.

Purchases and subscriptions

On Android, purchases and subscriptions offered inside the Google Play version of Puggle may be processed through Google Play. On other supported platforms, purchases may be processed by the relevant platform provider or an authorised payment provider. WildNutri Pro Puggle does not receive full payment-card details from Google Play or Apple.

Service providers

WildNutri Pro Puggle uses service providers needed to operate the app and related services, including hosting, authentication, database, cloud-save, subscription and payment infrastructure where applicable. These providers process information for the functions for which they are engaged and under their own applicable privacy and security obligations.

Data sharing

We share information only where necessary to operate Puggle, process platform purchases or subscriptions, maintain security, comply with law, or protect the rights and safety of users and the service. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain account, simulation and subscription records for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve disputes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and account deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your Puggle account, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where in-app account deletion is available, you may use that feature directly. You can also contact support@wildnutripropuggle.com for privacy or account-deletion requests.

Deleting a Puggle account does not automatically cancel a Google Play or Apple subscription. Platform subscriptions must also be cancelled through the relevant store account settings.

Children

WildNutri Pro Puggle is an animal-husbandry and educational simulation. It is not intended to collect personal information from children contrary to applicable law. Where access is provided through an institution, the institution or responsible adult is responsible for ensuring use complies with applicable age, consent and privacy requirements.

International users

Puggle may be used in multiple countries. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international data transfers.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy as Puggle develops or legal requirements change. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version date and, where appropriate, communicated through the service.
